People and culture are what Liz is all about. She’s passionate about seeing others thrive and improve overall wellbeing. She enjoys all things fitness, especially yoga, having completed her 200-hour yoga teaching training in India in 2017.

My classes are a no-judgement zone. It doesn’t matter whether you’re young, old, new or experienced. Give it a go and have fun while you’re at it! There are always options available for everyone.
What inspires you
I love seeing people get a buzz from their workout. When people try new things and leave feeling better than when they walked in, it creates a passion that’s so contagious I can’t help but feed off it!
