As Revl’s Head of Fitness, we can thank Dan, and sometimes curse him, when we’re immersed in an incredible workout, giving everything we’ve got, only to smash that ceiling we thought we had already hit.
Dan’s the trainer that trains the trainers;) Aside from his years instructing Les Mills Grit and Sprint programmes, he’s worked with the Hurricanes and Wellington 7s for pre-season strength and conditioning training, coached Les Mills instructors and trained over a thousand trainers.
With a strong connection to family and his Maori heritage, Dan brings the community, creativity and play to Revl’s inspiring workouts. So much so, you may even find yourself doing the unthinkable – impulsively high-fiving that stranger next to you!
Expect a real mix of music from old school to electronic dance – really anything with a banging beat.
