Science, research and experience
The Revl workouts are developed on a foundation of real world sports conditioning experience, combined with scientific backed training techniques. They use a framework of interval training - short bursts of movements followed by periods of rest. Whether it’s high intensity interval training (HIIT) or low intensity interval training (LIIT), science has shown this is one of the most efficient and effective forms of exercise to improve speed, fitness and burn fat.
All our workouts are designed by Revl’s Head of Fitness in collaboration with experts in the fitness industry, who together draw on thousands of hours of practical experience. The workouts are tested and retested to make sure they’re safe, fun and get results.
