Johanna’s fitness journey began at the age of four when she started Irish dancing, which has since taken her across the world for competitions and performances. Having battled injuries and other setbacks on her journey, Johanna loves seeing people improve, work hard and have fun.

As a dancer, I take pride in my music, so you can expect some bangers, hype music and good vibes in my classes.
What inspires you
I love the quote: "Your body won't go where your mind doesn't push it". I believe the mind is a powerful thing and if you're able to get passed that mental barrier you open yourself up to achieve anything.
