Ri loves living a healthy balanced lifestyle and the energy that comes with it, and wants to help and inspire others to do the same. She believes that mental and physical health are the most important factors to living a happy life (even better if it’s set to the soulful soundtrack of Leon Bridges and Samm Henshaw).
Ri walks the talk, never shying away from the work needed to live her best life. Aside from coaching Revl workouts, she's a personal trainer, dance teacher, qualified yoga teacher and a teacher of M3 - a mindfulness program for children combining Maori Stories, movement and mindfulness. Phew!
